Website delivery and outside services
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes connection information, including your network address, browser information and requested pages. Maps use Esri and OpenStreetMap resources, and playing a video connects to YouTube. Those services receive connection information when their resources load. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
The site saves your light or dark display preference in your browser. It has no account or web contact form.
Google Analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics 4 uses first-party cookies to measure public page visits and selected telephone-link clicks. A click does not establish that a call or property purchase occurred. Page and referring addresses omit query parameters and fragments; the analytics page title is limited to the hostname and path. Action events use fixed names and categories, without link addresses, link text or form values.
We disable advertising features, Google Signals and advertising personalization. Google receives technical connection and device information when providing analytics. Read how Google processes information from sites that use its services.
Regional choices and opting out
For visitors identified as being in the United States, analytics can start without an initial consent prompt when this browser can save analytics choices. A saved rejection, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off. Outside the United States, when the country is unknown, or when preference storage is unavailable, analytics stays off until you explicitly accept.
A temporary request to Cloudflare on this website checks the country associated with your connection. Our analytics loader uses only the country code from that response; it does not retain or send the response's network address to Google. This regional decision is not saved as your consent.
A choice you make is saved in this browser's local storage when available. Use Analytics settings at any time to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting stops further collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not recall or delete data already received by Google. If your browser cannot save choices, you may be asked again on another page.
